三毛say something to herself via the song.
After Jose died,
三毛 felt that she was died at the same time.
For a long time, she lived as a walking corpse(行屍走肉),
because Jose died, she lost the most important person in her life,
she didn't want to live anymore.

So, she wrote the song to encourage herself.
